Rules and Regulations of Library

• Library will be open from 9am to 3pm.
• Lunch Break 1pm to 1.30pm.
• Issued books will be received in all the working days.
• Books are issued for the seven days only and can be renewed for another 5 days.       
• A fine of Rs.2.00 per book per day will be levied if a book is kept beyond the due date of return.
• Students can borrow 3books for the period of 7 days.
• Teaching staff can be Borrow 10 books for the period of 30days.
• Non-Teaching staff can borrow 3 books for the period of 15days.
• Complete silence should be maintained in the library.
• Cell phone use is prohibited in the library.
• No students should enter the library with any personal belongings.
• Bags are to be kept in the property counter.
• Staff and students have to register their name & entry time in the register before accessing the library books & put the exit time on leave.
• Once book are taken out from the shelve, should not be kept it back in the shelve, it should be placed on the table.
• reference sources are not for issue and for reading in the library only.
• In case the book is lost or damaged, the borrowers have to pay the price/compensation with a fine as decided by the library committee.
